Jala Neti taught through Sadhguru's guidance is much more than a cleansing practice. Though it directly helps with seasonal allergies of the respiratory system (I personally stopped myself from getting Hayfever with this), it is a practice that directly impacts the energy system and brings dynamism while also being calm. Also helps with migraines, headaches, anxiety and improves all other yoga practices.
Offering Jala Neti is rare as it depends on retrieving the Jala Neti Pots designed by Sadhguru direct from the ashram. Once the pots are finished then I will not offer this until I can get more.
